FAQ
What do we mean by emerging professional performer?
You need to be just starting out on your career in the UK, so the majority of our musicians are recent graduates, or have come through other, non-formal education routes but are just beginning to get professional bookings.
LMN is suitable for musicians who want to develop skills and leadership as part of a performing career, but who also have a genuine interest in giving performances for people who live or work in places where live performance is rarely a part of their daily life.
Each year Live Music Now arranges over 2,000 performances and workshops throughout the UK, as well as providing ongoing training for our musicians in all aspects of professional development.
The next opportunity to audition for LMN is on 20th March, and applications must be received by 11th February.
