'Steely Dan' Big Band thrill at Seven Jazz
Katie Patterson's 'Steely Dan Big Band' made a sensational appearance at Seven Jazz, Leeds on 7 October. Led by Katie from the drum chair the band played an impressive afternoon's worth of Steely Dan 'hits' ranging from “Do It Again” from Can’t Buy a Thrill (1972) to “Negative Girl” from Two Against Nature (2000, with greatest hits such as "FM" from Aja (1977), Gaucho (1980) and "The Goodbye Look" from Donald Fagen's The Nighfly (1982).
