Tonight, Laura Jurd and the Ligeti String Quartet play at Wakefield Jazz, performing music from Laura's critically acclaimed debut album Landing Ground. The Ligeti Strings have been the Yorkshire Live Music Project's featured group this year and Laura's own quartet (featuring Elliot Galvin, Conor Chaplin and Corrie Dick) are some of the busiest young jazz musicians in the country.
