This week The Lescar in Sheffield welcomes Bad Ass Brass; a funky New Orleans style brass band, made up from some of the UK’s finest brass players and jazz musicians. The members of the band are are all busy working on the London music scene in a variety of jazz groups, West End shows, orchestras, but together in Bad Ass Brass they are really electric.

Their sound blends that of traditional New Orleans jazz and marching band music with more contemporary influences from funk and soul combined with a high energy live performance and superb musicianship.
